Netheos becomes Namirial: a new era for the company and its customers

Montpellier, Paris, Senigallia – October 04, 2023

Netheos, a leading provider of software solutions and services for digital trust, today announces a major business name change. From now on, Netheos will operate under the Namirial brand. This transition reflects a significant evolution for the company, while strengthening its position in the global market.

In 2021, Netheos was acquired by Namirial, a European leader in digital trust and electronic signature software and services. Now known as “Netheos a Namirial company”, the company has consolidated its position as one of the market leaders in identity and document verification, and in the fight against fraud in France, while expanding its services internationally.

Two years after this strategic acquisition, the Group’s management took the decision to regroup the Group’s subsidiaries under a single trade name: Namirial. From October 1, 2023, Netheos will operate under this new brand, Namirial.

The Netheos name does not disappear, however, as it becomes a product of the Namirial group: “Netheos, a Namirial Product” , with a dedicated website to highlight it. The Netheos website will continue to operate under its current name, highlighting our expertise in Artificial Intelligence within the Namirial group.

Founded in Senigallia in 2000 by two visionary entrepreneurs, Namirial has rapidly established itself as a leading multinational company, offering a complete range of software solutions for the digital transformation of businesses. Namirial solutions include applications that identify and authenticate users, issue digital identities, manage complex workflows, electronically sign documents, generate electronic signatures and/or electronic seals, long-term archiving, electronic invoicing and certified communication services.

This name change will have no impact on the company’s roadmap or future integration releases. Nor will it affect production or infrastructure, which will remain unchanged. The company will remain based in France, with its head office in Montpellier.

For Netheos customers, this transition will entail only minor administrative adjustments. Our sales teams and contacts remain unchanged, guaranteeing continuity of the high-quality service to which our customers are accustomed.

The benefits of this name change for customers are numerous. It reinforces the company’s commitment to quality and innovation, while enabling it to better align itself with its international group. Namirial extends its geographical reach while strengthening its products within the Group, offering customers simplified access to the full range of the Group’s trusted services. This includes all types of signature, electronic invoicing, long-term or evidential archiving, consent management, and many other services.
