Our qualified electronic signature solution is accessible via all media (computers, mobiles, tablets). The process is done entirely online and is carried out in 4 quick and easy steps:

Verification of the identity document
The first step is to verify the official identity of the signatory. The user uploads or captures his or her identity document, front and back. Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms ensure that the ID is valid through the analysis of the detected data

Facematch with live detection
The 2nd step is to verify the physical identity of the signatory. The user is invited to register his face by placing it in a clear way in the area indicated on his screen.

Hybrid identity checks
The identification data is analyzed in real time by machine learning and asynchronously by a human service within our premises in France: Netheos Services. This team of online fraud experts has the mission to remove doubts, detect fraud and reaffirm AI results. This step takes an average of 5 minutes.

Sending of the SMS OTP code and signature
Once the identity of the signatory is guaranteed and formally validated by our hybrid control, the user is invited to validate the clauses of his contract and then to sign it using a One Time Password (OTP) code received by SMS. The user enters the code received on his phone and validates the step to formalize the signature of the document.

Yes. The Netheos qualified electronic signature respects the complementary measures of the 5th LCB-FT directive and more particularly the measures :
- 1: Sending a copy of an ID to verify the identity of the remote person
- 6 : Issuance of a qualified electronic signature with qualified certificate
As a reminder, 2 of the 6 additional measures must be respected to be in compliance with the 5th LCB-FT directive.
