In 2013, CNP Assurances was one of the first insurers to implement a digitalized subscription mode via an electronic signature program that allowed them to increase the number of partners and significantly accelerate their integration. The electronic signature having borne fruit, it was essential for the group to continue its development by placing the user experience at the heart of its strategy at the time of onboarding and file creation.

Indeed, subscribing to regulated products in selfcare requires not only the electronic signature of documents, but also the submission of a file of supporting documents (DDA, KYC, solvency, etc.). This leads to a very significant rate of incomplete and/or non-compliant files, in addition to the rate of abandonment associated with the switch from digital to paper. Faced with the significant work required to develop the technology for a robust model that reconciles KYC and user experience, CNP Assurances made the choice in 2017 to turn to a trusted partner. Préfon, Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance de la Fonction Publique, which has a group insurance contract with CNP Assurances, has turned to its partner to offer its customers a digitalized solution for signing up for the contract. The CNP Assurances group responded to the request by offering the Netheos solution.
This new membership mode was put into production in less than 3 months and the first tests were conclusive. Indeed, to date, Préfon has improved its transformation rate to reach 55% in selfcare. The completion of these files is also accelerated as Christian Carrega indicates:
